Very sunny apartment with a balcony, inserted on the first floor of our building, it retains all the charm of XVIII century building. Simple but tastefully decorated.

We require a 50% of the total value of the reservation as a booking fee, and the other 50% should be paid until 10 workdays before your arrival. The first 50% aren't refundable and if you cancel within less than 10 workdays before your arrival, the last 50% are also non-refundable.

Children under 6 and pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden and we also do not allow parties.

We reserve the right to change rates, seasons dates and/or minimum duration of reservations, without prior notice.

Additional Fees

There is a Cleaning fee of 40€ per stay not included in price. Upon arrival guests have to pay a damage deposit of 300€, in cash, that will be returned on the check-out day.

City Tourist Taxe

Since January 1st, 2016, there is a Lisbon city tax of 2€ per person, per night which is not included in the total price and should be paid on site at the check in. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older and it is subject to a maximum amount of 14€ per guest. The Tax after receipt goes directly to the City of Lisbon (local government).

Optional Fees

• Extra housekeeping: 15€/hour

• Extra set of bed linen and towels: 15€

• Transfer service from/to the airport: 45€ up to 4 people (this service is provided by our partner Conjugamapas)
